1. Easy returns or exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days. Excludes International Orders and items marked Final Sale.
To initiate your return or exchange please submit a Return Request and indicate whether you would prefer to return your products for a refund, or exchange for a like item. Be ready to provide your Creme Shoppe order number and/or the full name of the original purchaser.
