DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding some holidays). Orders received after 12:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) will not begin processing until the following business day. All orders regardless of the size will ship via our $8.49 flat rate shipping method.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is ready to ship which will include your tracking number. From this email, you can opt-in to receive updates via text message.
You may also check the status of your order by clicking the “My Account” button at the top right of the page.
Your order will be shipped in 2-3 business days after the order is placed - excluding weekends and holidays. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Mason, OH.
